The staff proved very helpful and the breakfast included a great selection of food.
The air conditioning was unfortunately not working. I reported this issue to the reception multiple times, yet it was never resolved. The lack of functional AC significantly detracted from my stay. It made sleeping uncomfortable.

the scent in the lobby was quite strong and unpleasant it reminded me of cheap aftershave that gave me a headache i think fresh air would be better the pool was too small it was hard to swim when more than a few people were in there i also got food poisoning from the breakfast that really ruined my last day

restaurant and bar have amazing views. rooms were clean. beds were comfy and a complimentary drink was included. the hotel decor uses very clean lines and it is modern.
i booked 2 rooms and staff gave one room an upgrade. my friends got penthouse and i got standard room. this difference in treatment was not nice.

the staff was helpful and cute. good quality toiletries were provided and the minibar fridge had space for a few of our own drinks (there's a good supermarket next door).
the hotel rooms have stains all over the carpet and marks on the wall. it's a bit old and dated. pillows are very thin, even with two it was uncomfortable.
